We invite all parents interested in food programs at SD57 schools to hear this 30 minute presentation on Feeding Futures.
The DPAC Food Programs Committee is made of up 1-2 Parent Ambassadors who assist Feeding Futures staff with increasing breakfast, lunch, and snack programs for students to feel nourished and ready to learn.
Parent Ambassadors gather information from school Principal, Food Services Worker, and PAC to report to DPAC Food Programs Committee and Feeding Futures regarding funding used for Food Security Engagement within SD57.
We are working on implementing the “5 Guiding Principles” and providing feedback on what is working in our unique school environments.
Contact us at info@sd57dpac.ca if you’d like to join our next meeting on Wednesday, February 26th from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.
