The SD57 DPAC is sponsoring a Level 1 FoodSafe course. Parents and PAC members who are providing food service in our schools, must have this certification, good for 5 years. All FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates issued since July 30, 2013 are valid for 5 years and the expiry date is indicated on your certificate.

Time: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (45 min lunch break)
Location: Duchess Park Secondary Room 1368
For: Parents from within School District No. 57
Cost: $25 (non-refundable)
Lunch: Not provided, light snacks will be available

Travel Subsidy:  For schools located in the Mackenzie, Hixon, McBride, and Valemount a subsidy will be provided per km.

Online Course Subsidy:  lf you are unable to attend in-person training, DPAC will also reimburse the cost of an online course up to $85. You must email your registration receipt and successful completion certificate to DPAC, and reimbursement cheques will be mailed to your PAC.
