There were 5 delegates from SD57 on tonight’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Zoom. Unfortunately the number of delegates to reach quorum is 72, but we only had 70 registered, and 60 in attendance. Therefore, the meeting was open for 30 minutes to answer questions, and then adjourned.
The next opportunity for resolutions to be passed will be at the May 2022 AGM in person. There is a plan to review and revise the Constitution and Bylaws.
