Long Range Facilities Plan

Secretary Treasurer Allan Reed presented a long range facility plan to the Board of Education at its regular meeting held May 26, 2015. The plan was prepared by third-party consultant Cascades Facilities Management Ltd. Each school district in the province is required to develop and maintain a comprehensive school district facilities plan in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Five Year Capital Plan Policy.

The District Parent Advisory Council of School District 57, known as "DPAC", is the umbrella that brings together Parent Advisory Councils (PACs) and parents in School District 57 (SD57). We work with 41 schools in Prince George and the surrounding area including Hixon, Mackenzie, McBride, and Valemount.

We acknowledge the unceded ancestral lands of the Lheidli T'enneh Nation, McLeod Lake Indian Band, and Simpcw First Nation on which SD57 operates
