The Central Interior Science Exhibition [CISE] is the Central Interior’s regional science exhibition, from which young scientists are selected to attend the national fair. This year, 2025, the 47th Science Exhibition will be held on Saturday, March 8th at the University of Northern British Columbia. Young scientists from Prince George, Quesnel and Lakes School Districts will gather to display their research work and projects to the community, judges, and each other. Their goal is to earn a gold, a silver, or a bronze medal in their category and maybe a chance to participate in the Canada Wide Science Fair in Fredericton, New Brunswick in May/June 2025.
In 2025, students both young and old once again have the chance to gather and celebrate the wonderful world of science, technology, engineering, and math. This shows the dedication of the many volunteers and supporters who have given so generously of their time, talent, and money. The Central Interior Science Exhibition is indebted to the BC Science Fair Foundation for its annual support of regional Science Fairs. In 2025, the CISE is also indebted to the City of Prince George which this year has generously selected the CISE to receive one of its MyPG Community grants. In addition, the CISE is generously supported by local business, industry, and educational organizations such as SD57 DPAC.
