Mind Exercise Nutrition Do It! MEND empowers children and families to become fitter and healthier. This free program is fun and interactive and supports children in two age groups: 7-13 and 5 – 7 and their families to adopt a healthy lifestyle. MEND is for children who are above a healthy weight (body mass index (BMI) of 85 per cent or higher). Parents/caregivers join their children in each session to learn about how to choose healthier foods and spend more time being physically active.
