Last DPAC Meeting of the year!

Here we are preparing for the last meeting of the school year. DPAC has felt the uncertainty of the District and the Board this year but encouraged by the momentum we are seeing under the leadership of Superintendent Aziz. Keep engaging with us!

Plan to attend our June DPAC Meeting on Monday June 3 at 6:30pm. You can come in-person at Van Bien Training Centre or join virtually on MS Teams. All parents are welcome!

We have important presentations from our District Representatives including two students from DSAC that will be joining us. See more details on our EVENTS page of the website. The agenda is below.

BCCPAC Parent Conference and AGM Summary

We had 4 participants at the BCCPAC Parent Conference and AGM in May. They will be presenting what they learned and important updates from the Ministry of Education and Child Care. It is important for all PACs and DPACs to be members to support the work that they do including Parent Advocacy. Stay tuned for more!

Food Programs Committee

An important update went out to our PAC email list regarding the Fruit and Veggie program. Starting next year there will be a cost for deliveries of either 12 or 24 times throughout the school year. Principals must secure funding and volunteers for that program and may be asking PACs for support. If you need more information, get in touch with us.
