Many of you will remember that we adopted revised Constitution and Bylaws at our Meeting on January 11, 2021. There were 3 recommendations taken back to the Bylaws Review Committee. We also received valuable feedback from Gayle Hesse, CLA PAC, regarding wording clarification and formatting.

The DPAC Executive has reviewed these recommendations and propose the changes outlined in Version 4 below dated April 19, 2021.

This serves as two-week written notice to Membership that the Constitution & Bylaws be adopted at our next DPAC Meeting (AGM) on Monday May 3, 2021.
