At our DPAC Meeting tonight, the Membership clarified the process for reimbursement for PAC Members who take an online Foodsafe course.
Suggestions for accredited course providers is found here: http://sd57dpac.ca/2020/05/online-foodsafe-options/
Each PAC will be reimbursed up to $100 when a PAC Member presents a certificate and receipt for a course completed and submitted by our DPAC Meeting on Feb 1, 2021.

At our DPAC Meeting tonight, Amie Thibodeau, the DPAC Zoom Administrator, presented the information and process for booking Zoom Meetings using our Shared Zoom Licenses from BCCPAC.
The advantage of using this paid license is to have unlimited time for meetings and a larger number of participants.
Contact Amie at email@example.com with the following completed request form with at least 1 week notice before your meeting.
When your meeting time comes, she will log in, start your meeting, pass controls to the Host/Co-Host, and then leave.

We hear from PACs that many parents are finding it convenience to join on Zoom. Many PACs are offering in-person and zoom for their meetings. Let us know how you are finding parent engagement at your school. Contact the Executive if you need any further support at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The recording is the part of the meeting where the Partner Groups enter and answer parent questions. It is approximately 42 minutes long.
At our DPAC Meeting on October 5, Superintendent Anita Richardson explained 3 changes to the Restart Plan indicated in yellow below. These changes are mandated by Public Health to minimize the number of items that are frequently touched.
